Coming from a more corporate environment where I had to carefully evaluate whether I was allowed to talk to certain people, or if I was following the career path they decided for me, I enjoy that I can always voice my opinions and have the chance to develop my career at my own pace here at trivago.

Three years ago, I started in the Employment Services team as the first contact person for new talents and progressively got the opportunity to evolve into a Business Partner. What I like most about this role is that it connects HR and business topics and I get to challenge and get challenged by our leads to make the best people decisions for their team.
