Analytics Lead

Ready for your next challenge? We're looking for an analytical and enthusiastic lead to dig into petabytes of data together with a team to further enable data-driven decision making.
As a data analytics team lead in the Data Unit you can have a direct impact on business direction. You will guide the Marketing team to develop statistical methodologies for analysis and achieve an end-to-end alignment of marketing experimentation with strategic decision making, in collaboration with other data analysis and marketing teams.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists to develop their skills.
  • Design marketing measurement strategies using rigorous and independent assessment.
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach by setting clear evaluation metrics.
  • Guide the improvement and development of statistical methodologies for performance in existing and emerging marketing channels. 
  • Transform team ideas into production while keeping business priorities and technical feasibility in mind. 
  • Support Marketing teams with statistical consulting, modelling, and methodology
  • Closely collaborate with other data team leads to plan measurement and define success.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ practical experience working in data analytics.
  • Leadership capability, proven either through a formal leadership role or by leading key projects.
  • Excellence in statistical methodology and test design.
  • A strong business mindset capable of translating business goals to actionable steps. 
  • Good communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas and findings to stakeholders.
  • In-depth experience with Python or R and database management systems like SQL.
