The Role
How you’ll make an impact:
- Handle advertiser requests and resolve basic tasks in a timely and professional manner to maintain our advertiser satisfaction.
- Resolve content, inventory, or other advertiser problems and perform the needed corrections and adjustments to our product.
- Collaborate with the relevant teams and stakeholders to resolve requests efficiently.
- Maintain documentation of advertiser inquiries and issue resolution for future reference using Salesforce.
- Translate advertiser specific communication and relevant sales material/pitch decks from English to Japanese language.
- Support advertiser and market performance analysis and monitoring.
What we’re looking for:
- A high degree of motivation with a can-do attitude and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- A student who is enrolled at a university in the Düsseldorf area and who is available to work 20h/week.
- Very good written and oral communication skills to talk to our internal stakeholders and advertisers.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Fluency in English (our company language) and Japanese
What makes you stand out:
- Knowledge of any other language besides English and Japanese.
- Previous experience in customer service or comparable positions.
