Salesforce Administrator

The Role

Our Sales Operation and Enablement team is looking for a qualified Salesforce Admin to solve business problems by customizing the Salesforce platform. In this role, you'll work closely with the different Sales & Account Management teams to define system requirements and enable them benefit from the CRM tool. You will build, maintain and automate technology solutions to deliver business value. Do you want to bring your expertise to an innovative, dynamic team where every day offers a new challenge? How you’ll make an impact:

  • Maintain and develop Salesforce CRM technologies and existing connections to other tools e.g. Hadoop, Jira, Webservice, DocuSign
  • Monitor the adoption/usage of Salesforce across the unit, conduct tools training, and provide helpful materials as needed
  • Develop and implement business requirements and process automations by performing tools configuration changes of varying complexity
  • Manage all operational requests (user setup, bulk data uploads, access rights) and troubleshoot issues 
  • Create the development roadmap and define priorities, goals, tasks, and plans of development
  • Ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders, users, and project managers throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment
  • Create and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting for evaluating sales effectiveness
  • Deliver value added reports through Salesforce for all stakeholders 

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-3 years' Salesforce CRM administrator experience 
  • Experience implementing and administrating a Salesforce CRM solution in a business development area
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Organizational skills to help create structures and processes for a better collaboration
  • A pragmatic, value-oriented thinking mindset to drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid experience in Excel, CSV and Outlook MS
