The Role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to own strategic projects in a highly dynamic environment like ours. In this role, you'll coordinate software and infrastructure projects among multiple teams in our verticals and be the go-to person for all involved stakeholders. You will ensure all involved teams are aligned and collaborate towards the project goals while maintaining the highest levels of transparency. On top of that, you will own and drive our Incident Management function. A successful candidate is someone who is organized, loves working with people and tech, and knows how to derive good learnings out of every error, ensuring constant development of our people and our processes.

How you'll make an impact:  

  • Manage and coordinate internal teams performing a work package and allocate responsibilities to individual contributors
  • Specify the functions and interfaces of products to be developed
  • Prepare dashboards as input for project reviews
  • Drive progress and decisions on architecture and design topics
  • Liaise with different stakeholders and their unit leads on all aspects relating to their work packages, provide timelines, and track execution
  • Develop and evolve our Incident Management processes and guidelines, share information on incidents, and provide a transparent overview on impact
  • Work closely with the individual teams, follow-up on incidents and resolutions, foster knowledge sharing in order to minimize outages

What we're looking for: 

  • Excellent communication skills for adapting your communication style to many different situations
  • 5+ years' relevant work experience in technical program management 
  • A pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and proactive mindset with the ability to process and convey information in a concise manner
  • A solid understanding of agile methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to handle responsibility, tight deadlines, and new challenges 
  • A data-driven and detail-oriented personality
  • Vendor management capabilities

What makes you stand out: 

  • A good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies and governance 
  • A high-level understanding of systems architecture and infrastructure
  • Basic skills in programming/automation
  • Experience reporting on MTBF & MTTR metrics
