Sales Representative – French Speaker

As a crucial part of trivago’s success, our sales & account management team plays an important role in fostering solid relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and optimizing their experience. As a Sales Representative in our Customer Success team you will help us maintain and expand our hotel client portfolio. By proactively onboarding, supporting, and educating our hotel clients, you will help them increase their revenue opportunities. Take your next career steps with us and apply today!

How you'll make an impact:

  • Acquire hoteliers (our customers) by raising awareness about our products or services
  • Build and maintain beneficial relationships with our increasing number of hotel clients
  • Analyze and interpret customer data to identify growth areas and improve the customer experience
  • Execute product demonstrations to educate customers on new features and services
  • Create new, and optimize existing processes to improve client success and help maximize profit potential
  • Identify and mitigate the risk of churn by solving client requests and complaints in a timely manner
  • Be an approachable and professional point of contact for our customers
  • Win back and re-onboard churned customers

What you’ll need to thrive:

  • Native-level French proficiency with fluent English skills (our company language)
  • 1-2 years' experience in fast-paced environment in a sales function, preferably in the travel industry
  • Pleasant personality – you feel comfortable reaching out to our customers proactively via phone
  • Proactivity – you take initiatives to make things better for your customers
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build rapport with new and existing customers
  • A customer-centric mindset. You can easily approach customers to solve both existing and future problems
