Join us in making a difference

In a complex and dynamic business environment like ours, our legal function plays a critical role in safeguarding our interests and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. As a Contract Management Administrator in our legal team, you'll manage and shape contract-related processes while working in our international environment. Do you have an excellent eye for detail and love to contribute your own ideas to make processes better? Join us at trivago, we'd love to hear from you.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Help maintain our digital contract management database and identify further areas for streamlining and increasing efficiency
  • Implement new processes where needed to ensure an efficient contract management system
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure completeness and company-wide use of our contract database
  • Assist with projects involving the integration of our contract management database with other trivago tools
  • Day-to-day administrative review and filing of contracts, including inputting accurate contract metadata
  • Serve as a primary contact point for enquiries related to contracts and data in our database
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for various teams (e.g. tax and financial reporting)
  • Support the business with contract-related SOX controls and auditor requests

What you’ll need to thrive:

  • An apprenticeship as a paralegal and relevant work experience in that field OR a university degree with law or business administration focus
  • Relevant work experience in the field of contract management (ideally in a SOX-controlled environment)
  • The ability to read and understand contracts in English and (ideally) German
  • Excellent computer skills, especially related to Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word)
  • High attention to detail, organization, efficiency, and diligence with an auditor/proof-reader mentality towards data integrity
  • The ability to multitask whilst completing tasks accurately and adhering to deadlines
  • Solid project management and time management skills
  • High commitment and eagerness to shape and develop the way contracts are managed at trivago
  • Experience with Ironclad, Docusign, or other contract management tools
  • Excellent English and preferably robust German skills

What you can look forward to:

  • Enjoy flexible working hours and the generous time-off option offered through our self-determined vacation policy
  • Savor your meals with a daily budget of 6.90€ for our canteen, complemented by free snacks and drinks on campus
  • Settle in Düsseldorf with a relocation package suited to you and your family’s needs
  • Save on commuting costs with a subsidized company ticket for public transportation and campus parking
  • Stay fit and active using our free on-campus gym, complete with sports classes

  • Connect with a network of skilled professionals and experts to help you succeed in your career
  • Work with cutting-edge technology and tools to enhance productivity
