Accounts Receivable Accountant

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage the entire accounts receivables process, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations
  • Perform credit checks on potential customers and maintain customer data records
  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivables aging to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Support our invoicing and customer management process by being the key contact between accounting and sales
  • Assist in month, quarter, and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivables
  • Execute SOX controls and help maintain a robust internal controls environment
  • Suggest and implement end-to-end process improvements
  • Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support

What you'll need to thrive:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations and/or accounts receivables management
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet tight deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to process improvement

Stand out with:

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA)
  • Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experienced in customer risk analysis
  • Experienced in performing and documenting SOX controls
