At the core of our mission to simplify hotel search and booking lies an experienced engineering team that drives innovation to take our metasearch engine to the next level. As a student in our Partnerships Technologies team, you'll provide innovative tools that ensure exceptional advertiser and content quality on our website. If you're ready to dive into new tech fields and stay up-to-date with the latest frameworks, tools, techniques, and libraries, read on and apply today!

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Enrich our internal tool landscape for managing administrative and marketplace data
  • Participate in architecture decisions and technology selection processes
  • Contribute to the team's goals by maintaining a high quality code base
  • Dive into new tech fields and stay updated with current frameworks, tools, techniques and libraries
  • Be responsible for driving progress on team initiatives

What you'll learn:

  • How to develop full-stack web applications
  • How to make decisions on software architecture design
  • How to work with various web services, protocols, and APIs
  • You'll gain experience in the following technologies we use
    • JavaScript, TypeScript 
    • NodeJS
    • React, MaterialUI
    • MySQL, Redis 
    • GraphQL, REST
    • Docker

What you'll need to thrive:

  • Be a student enrolled at a university or other higher education institutions
  • A degree (in view) in computer science or a similar field
  • Location in Düsseldorf or its surrounding areas
  • Availability to work 20 hours every week 
  • Willingness to commute to our office 2 times per week
  • Fanatic learning attitude, always looking to improve and pick up new skills
  • Entrepreneurial passion and high problem-solving skills 
  • Fluency in English (our company language)
