As a valuable member of our HR administration team, you'll play an essential role in supporting our talents with their HR-related needs. How you’ll make an impact:
- Write interim and final reference letters for talents who have a change in their employment or are leaving the company
- Translate reference letters from English to German or the other way round
- Collect input and signatures of leads needed for the creation of reference letters
- Organize paper files of employees
- Assist with other administrative HR tasks
What you'll need to thrive:
- Be currently enrolled in a German university
- Proficiency in German at a native level and fluency in English
- Ability to easily spot even the smallest errors
- Excellent organization skills that allow you to handle various requests at the same time
- Structured way of working
Stand out with:
- An education in economics, human resources, psychology, law, media and communication, sociology, linguistics or a similar field
- First experience with the Haufe reference letter tool and/or general HR tools
