To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a student with proactive attitude and structured work approach to support our Partnerships team by providing first level support to hoteliers. How you’ll make an impact:
- Resolve content, inventory, or other customer problems and perform the needed corrections and adjustments to our product
- Handle customer email requests in a timely and professional manner to maintain our hoteliers satisfaction
- Maintain documentation in Salesforce of customers inquiries and issue resolution for future reference
- Identify issues and collaborate with the relevant teams and stakeholders to resolve requests efficiently
- Be involved in special projects with impact on the operational effectiveness of the Partnerships team
What you'll learn:
- Problem-solving skills – by investigating and solving hoteliers issues
- Technical knowledge – you will get technical and industry knowledge to help you resolve the issues at hand
What you'll need to thrive:
- Fluency in English (our company language) and native-level Italian
- Willingness to come to campus 2 times per week
- Availability to work 20h/week
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Be a student enrolled at a university in the Düsseldorf area
- Be a sociable person with a can-do attitude and service-oriented nature that can work both independently and in a team

- Previous experience in customer service or comparable positions
- French language skills
