Do you want to help travelers find their ideal hotel at the best rate and boost our core product to the next level? We’re looking for a passionate Product Management Intern to join our Hotel Search Deals team and discover and deliver innovative improvements to our website and app. You will be mentored by and collaborate with a Senior Product Manager to take part in the whole life cycle of your initiatives: from ideation and research, to driving development and analyzing performance for future optimization—are you up for it? How you’ll make an impact:
- Data-Driven Optimizations: Assist in analyzing data to fine-tune our strategies and ensure optimal deal placement and price communication.
- Discovery: Use industry standard frameworks and methods to find, define, and validate business opportunities and user problems worth solving.
- Experimentation: Formulate hypotheses, define measurements, build test plans and, for successful tests, support the production implementation
- Feedback-Loop Integration: Participate in collecting and integrating user feedback to refine our strategies and enhance the overall deal experience.
- Collaboration: Work end-to-end with a large cross-functional team involving experts in User Research, Product Analytics, Data Science, UX and Engineering.
- Growth: Learn across various methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, lean development methods, rapid assumption testing, and dual-track agile discovery and delivery.
What you'll need to thrive:
- Availability for a full-time, 6 or 12-month internship and a valid work visa.
- Basic understanding of product delivery processes and willingness to learn.
- Proactive attitude with eagerness to solve problems, collaborate and drive progress from day one.
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data, analytics, and technology.
- Pragmatic, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good technical understanding and ability to use data and metrics to support decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Organized and methodical approach to knowledge sharing and documentation.
- Background in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
